Tier 1: features the most basic nail art options, such as French tips applied to all nails or decorative art on just two nails. However, this category does not include hand-sculpted 3D designs like flowers.

Tier 2: Nails with added spice! Tier 2 is for simple hand painted designs like flowers or 3D Elements! Can be on multiple nails.
